Service Description

Tui Na, or Chinese massage therapy, is a form of physical bodywork, based on the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Unlike other forms of massage which which mostly focus on relieving stress, Tui na uses specific techniques such as acupressure and stretching to target areas of imbalances in the body and restore harmony. I will often combine Tui Na with supporting therapies, such as cupping, moxibustion and gua sha.
